International SOS is the world's leading provider of evacuation and assistance services and provides Optimum Global's clients with unparalleled expertise in the following areas:

• Emergency evacuation and repatriation - air or surface evacuation to the nearest centre of medical excellence
• Emergency Medical advice and assistance - evaluation, medical advice, referral and hospital admission assistance over the telephone
• International Travel Assistance - visa, inoculation, lost luggage/passport assistance and other travel services are all provided under your plan

MEDEX ASSISTANCE CORPORATION

Medex provides the assistance and emergency services for clients of our Latin American plan. Medex has over 30 years experience and has over 8 million clients. For clients in our Latin American plans, Medex provides;

• Emergency medical assistance - help in times of emergency
• Hospital admission – arranging all aspects of hospital admissions including guarantees of payment and claims settlement
• Emergency medical evacuation – if suitable treatment is not available locally, transportation to the nearest quality medical facility
• Travel assistance – a full range of travel services including visa and passport assistance and medical information for your travel destination

For claims in the USA, Medex have teamed up with United HealthCare to provide excellent clinical care for patients in the USA
