Making a Complaint
We value feedback from our members - good or bad. We are always pleased to hear from you regarding any aspect of your membership especially if you are unhappy with anything, as it will help us improve our products and services for you in the future. If something has gone wrong or is not up to the standard that you expected then we would like to hear about it as soon as possible. We have set up a simple procedure to ensure that your concerns and issues are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
