Weekly benefits
Our policy pays a weekly benefit to any employees who are unable to continue their role because of injury or illness. The cover is valid 24/7, on a worldwide basis.
You choose the amount
You can decide what level of benefit is paid out. It could be a percentage of the employee’s weekly income (normally between 50% and 80%, after a waiting period) or a fixed weekly amount. The cost of cover varies, and your Optimum Global advisor will calculate it accurately for you. You can also add a lump sum in the event of serious long-term disability or death.
